The Children & Families Hub have been recently looking at the timescales for receipt of feedback correspondence. This feedback notifies the parent or carer of the triage decision made by the Children & Families Hub and copies in the organisation that submitted the Request for Support on behalf of the family.

Please provide the email address of the parent or carer, the Hub will use this rather than send a hard copy response which speeds up the notification for all parties.
